Forms of investment support:

– Supporting the development of technical and social infrastructure systems inside and outside the project fences;

– Support for training and development of human resources;

– Credit support;

– Support access to production and business premises; support for the relocation of production facilities out of the inner city and inner city;

Support for the development of infrastructure systems in industrial parks, export processing zones, hi-tech zones, and economic zones

Based on the approved master plan for the development of industrial parks, export processing zones, hi-tech parks and economic zones, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities ( hereinafter referred to as the People’s Committee of the province) to formulate the development investment plan and organize the construction of a system of technical and social infrastructure outside the fence of industrial parks, export processing zones, and public zones high technology, functional areas of economic zones.

The State supports a part of development investment capital from the budget and concessional credit capital to synchronously develop the system of technical and social infrastructure inside and outside the fence of industrial parks in the province. Socio-economic difficulties or extremely difficult socio-economic areas.

Development of housing, public facilities, and utilities for workers in industrial parks, hi-tech parks, and economic zones

Based on master plans for the development of industrial parks, hi-tech parks, and economic zones already approved by competent authorities, provincial-level People’s Committees shall elaborate planning and arrange land fund for housing and public development. public services and utilities for employees working in industrial parks, hi-tech parks, and economic zones.

For localities facing difficulties in allocating land for housing, service works, and public utilities for workers in industrial parks, the competent state authority shall decide on adjustment of the planning. an industrial park to reserve a part of the land for housing, service works, and public facilities development.
