5 Types of Employees Common in the Office

Whether in the office or any other group, the exchange of information and group work will take place regularly. Understanding each employee’s personality group as well as its strengths and weaknesses will make it easier to work together and bring higher work efficiency. There are many personalities and types of employees in an office.
“Competitive” Employees
Employees in this group often have the ability to complete work very well, they always find ways to achieve the best results at work. However, this group of employees often prefers to compete with anyone, for any reason, regardless of the damage caused. Healthy competition can push a team to reach its goals faster, but overdoing it can tire everyone out.
Staff “deep acting”
The group of “deep acting” employees often like to use emotions as a weapon to deal with others. They like drama and like to act excessively and push the work situation to their emotional circuit. In the long run, working with this type of employee will make us feel heavy, and not want to interact with them, inadvertently reducing the overall work performance and not achieving the initial desired results.

Employees “delay”
The typical feature of this group of employees is that they like to receive work but do not guarantee to do it on schedule. They often do not evaluate their own abilities and always think that they can accomplish anything. This group of people is usually people who talk a lot but do little.
Employees “embrace”
This is a hard-working type, they can complete all the assigned tasks, sometimes even taking on the work of their colleagues. They are usually the ones who come to the company very early and leave very late, who like to “get their hands” on everything in the company, ready to do everything whether it is difficult or easy, or even the things that no one wants to do…
These types of employees are often hard-working and sincere, but sometimes cause problems such as losing other colleagues’ opportunities, and are easy to manipulate and control others. They are the unpredictable type of employees who can’t be told anything about themselves.
“Talented” Employees
This is undoubtedly the most anticipated group of employees in the company. They always know how to get the job done in the best way, without being too ostentatious or reducing the work set out. They often have big ideas and need a competent business partner to turn them into reality. They may not be true leaders, but they are always trusted by their leaders to continuously map out and do a great job.
